On June 16, Unit 1 of the Guangdong Huadian Huizhou Dongjiang Gas Turbine Thermal Power Project, surveyed and designed by GEDI, completed a 168-hour full-load trial run and officially entered commercial operation.
The project features two 535MW F-class improved gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units, equipped with M701F5 heavy-duty gas turbines that boast a high localization rate. The output and efficiency of these units are among the highest in the F-class gas turbine category.
Once completed, the project is expected to annually generate about 3.266 billion kWh of electricity, provide around 3.8966 million GJ of heating supply, and deliver about 1.7179 million GJ of cooling supply.
