Recently, the Guangdong provincial offshore wind power safety supervision platform, commissioned by the Energy Bureau of Guangdong Province, researched and developed by GEDI, was officially launched to uniformly supervise all offshore wind farms in operation and under construction in Guangdong Province.

Integrating high-tech means such as GIS, AIS, 5G, IoT and cloud computing, the platform conducts dynamic digital supervision of the operating environment and operation surface of offshore wind farms, creating innovative demonstration applications of data element integration and digital industry supervision, and becoming the first provincial-level offshore wind power safety supervision platform in China.
